Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Case 1 Review
Phoenix Wright Episode 1 First Turnabout is the aptly named first case of the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney game, which is itself the first game in the Ace Attorney Trilogy. The opening case is a short and fun tutorial of how the game works. You win the game by pointing out contradictions in what people say with evidence. There are also parts in later cases where you have to find evidence and talk to people. The characters introduced, including titular character Phoenix Wright and his impressively spiky hair that might rival Final Fantasy's Clouds hairdo, are fun and colorful. However the case is very short so you get to know them a lot better in later cases. The game serves as a good way to introduce players to the game and is very easy. I would give it 8 out of 10. Oh and as far as family appropriateness, the games are fun for teens and older but might be too violent for children as blood is shown but it is cartoony and not too graphic. The cases in these games also have some mild suggestive content that is not appropriate for children.
