Avatar the Last Airbender Book 1: Water Episode 11 "The Great Divide "

    Ugh, "The Great Divide" is a terrible episode and probably the only bad one in this entire amazing series.

    What I hate most is that the main characters all act unlike themselves and their established characters.

     Sokka was already established in the previous episode "Jet" as intelligent with sharp instincts and great leadership skills. Now he is reduced to a comic relief character only who is stupid and petty. And Katara gets similar treatment. The usually thoughtful and kind girl is portrayed in similar ways to her brother as petty and bickering with Sokka for stupid reasons. This contradicts their established strong sibling bonds. They normally tease each other, this is true. But they are engaged in a senseless rivalry through this episode. 

    Aang is also misrepresented. Throughout the episode, he is mostly okay but at the end, he resolves a petty dispute between 2 equally unlikable tribes through an outright fabrication. This might not seem like a big deal but first of all, it is completely contrary to Aang's established character as an extremely honest person. Secondly, it seems like it is teaching a largely child audience to lie to get out of adverse situations. 

   Besides character acting oddly, the overall plot of this episode is terrible. Its basically all about pointless bickering not just between Sokka and Katara but between equally stupid and obnoxious tribes. One is messy and the other tribe is neat. Their selfish behavior endangers everyone's lives.

     I hate this stupid episode because it's in such contrast to such an amazing series. It does have a few bright spots though. The  humor while not great is still decent and the canyon guide is a likable character. 

    A terrible episode,  its dreadful.  I suggest skipping it personally.  Its a 4.5 and F- tier, worst thing I ever reviewed so far.

     This beautiful and charming film,  Lady and the Tramp, is yet another absolute masterpiece.     In my opinion this might be the best dog-centric animated film of all time and is an amazingly fun and endearing time with charming characters especially the leads, the adorable and sweet Lady and the rambunctious yet good-hearted Tramp.      The spaghetti/ Bella Nota segment deserves special mention as it's absolutely iconic and heartwarming.       It is mostly family-friendly but there is a scene that briefly implies the death of a dog in the pound as one of the characters says the dog "is taking the long walk" which might be too upsetting to tender-hearted young children.       Overall,  this is one of Disney's most adorable,  heartwarming,  and frankly best films so far and another 10 out of 10.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarves Review

       Disney's original animated film Snow White is a stunning masterpiece, whimsical and fun, but with its share of darker moments. It is a timeless classic that is as enjoyable today as it was in 1937 when it first released in theaters. The dwarves are fun and funny and oozing with music and charm. Snow White is charming, sweet, and wholesome. It is movie for all ages young and old. I would give it 10 out of 10.

Revised Tier List of Animated Disney Films from 1937 to 1968

   I added S+ Tier and I am redoing the original Tier list for 1937-1968. Also have changed the score on some films. S+ Pinnochio 10 Sleeping Beauty 10 Jungle Book 10 Lady and the Tramp 10 Bambi 10-I think this was in a slightly lower position last time. Its a masterpiece though in every way and one of Disney's most heartwarming stories. 101 Dalmatians 10 Cinderella 10 Peter Pan 10-I think I ranked this very slightly higher last time. I love it and still think its S+ Tier but the prejudice against native Americans is very offensive and noticeable.  Snow White 10 Fantasia 10-rank it higher than last time, its a 10 and S+. Yes some viewers won't like it but its an absolute masterpiece in quality. S tier Alice in Wonderland-10 ranking it higher. Yeah its not the most cohesive story but its so fun and unique,  I love it too much for it to be less than 10 and an S tier film A tier Dumbo-9.5 I think this is slightly higher than last time.
